Our process is meticulous and designed to protect your home and family every step of the way. We purify not just your system, but the air you breathe.
Before any work begins, our team carefully lays down high-quality plastic and cardboard to protect all work areas. This includes floors, furniture, beds, and carpets near the vents we are servicing to ensure your property remains pristine.
We remove all supply/return vent grilles and exhaust fan covers. Each piece is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and painted (if necessary) to provide a fresh, clean finish before reinstallation.
We inspect and seal the "boots" (the connection points) for every vent and exhaust fan. This critical step stops air leaks and energy loss, which frequently serve as a source of condensation and microbial growth.
This is our main "deep clean" step. We use a high-powered air compressor to saturate and dislodge debris from within the flexible duct lines. Simultaneously, a powerful HEPA Vacuum is securely attached to the system to pull and capture all loosened dust, mold, and particulate matter.
Supply and return plenums attached to the HVAC unit (whether located in a closet, garage, or attic) are crucial distribution hubs. When accessible, our team performs specialized internal and external micro-cleaning. We gently HEPA vacuum the interiors to remove dust without damaging fiberglass, reseal external connections, apply Sani Coat antimicrobial sealant paint, and perform targeted antimicrobial fogging.
We sanitize the HVAC unit internally and externally, including the coil and blower components. We apply Sani Coat antimicrobial paint internally and follow up with a dedicated fogging treatment.
Once the physical cleaning process is complete, an advanced antimicrobial fogging solution is applied throughout the entire duct system to thoroughly sanitize all interior surfaces.

This is what sets our service apart. Our deep cleaning process uses high-powered compressors and HEPA vacuums. While absolutely necessary, aggressive cleaning can dislodge hidden micro-dust and mold spores, potentially releasing them into your home's air.
To ensure this does not happen, our team operates two key technologies simultaneously during the entire process:
This machine constantly filters the air in the work area, capturing any physical particulates that may become airborne during extraction.
Our most advanced solution utilizing space-certified ActivePure Technology (Advanced Photohydrolysis). This unit actively destroys mold spores, bacteria, viruses, and VOCs at a molecular level, providing integral sanitation for the whole home simultaneously.
Why old ducts should be replaced: If your home's ductwork is over 15 years old, fiberglass and flexible ducts naturally begin to degrade. This degradation allows microscopic fiberglass particles to enter the air stream and creates porous surfaces where embedded mold cannot be fully remediated by standard vacuuming. Upgrading your ductwork guarantees pristine indoor air quality, vastly improves energy efficiency, and prevents recurrent contamination.
High-quality traditional flexible and rigid ductwork replacement options meeting all current energy and safety codes.
Our premium offering. Specialized ducts constructed with an antimicrobial inner core that actively resists mold growth.
