If Sani Effect fails the clearance test on a job, we will deploy a technician to redress the project as specified by the environmentalist. We will make sure your problem is solved to the satisfaction of the third party environmentalist.
Sani Effect offers a renewable one-year mold treatment warranty which covers any treated areas against mold fungi re-growth or re-formation. If at any time during the warranty coverage period, mold fungi return on any treated surface, Sani Effect will retreat the affected areas at no charge.
The annual treatment warranty may be extended annually providing an annual inspection and humidity reading is performed and/or service of our professional Air Active Purification is completed.
The warranty may be transferred upon sale of the property to the new purchaser at a fee not to exceed the annual renewal amount. If our mold treatment and prevention service is performed during a selling transaction then the warranty package is provided to both parties at no additional charge.
*The structure must qualify for renewal of our program. Humidity readings are captured to ensure the structure is within EPA suggested relative humidity guidelines of less than 60%. Dehumidification is always recommended and will ensure and control healthy humidity levels within the structure. Any structure treated and warrantied by our process must meet these EPA guidelines for renewal.
